Data Structure
Primary structure of database was 21 tables namely :
- Table ‘literature’ which had detailed reference along with complete list of species and region of study,
- Table ‘species_list ‘which contained list of species extracted from table "literature" and includes list of all the species present.
- The ‘standard_species’ table which had all the new names as given by Schüßler and Walker (2010) along with all synonyms.
- Tables 4 to 21 are for each state namely Andhra_Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Goa, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka. Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttarkhand, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal
